Brúnó
A hard parmesan-like cheese. During the processing period the cheese is placed in a beer bath, in an IPA beer from the brewery Segull in Siglufjörður. Our goats are fed pulp from the brewing factory and it affects both the quality and taste of the milk. We wanted to go the full circle so the crust of the cheese absorbed the taste of the hops in the beer.
